Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSG 2018, DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Please read this statement carefully, as it explains how we collect, process and store your personal data. Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on it is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. 1. CONTACT WITH US
1.1 When contacting us by e-mail, the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

1.2 We do not pass on this data without your consent, unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude the contract with you without this data. This applies in particular to applications via e-mail addresses.

 

2. ACCESS DATA/SERVER LOG FILES
2.1 The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about access to the website (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the retrieved website, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited website), IP address and the requesting provider.

2.2 The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the website. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete evidence.

 

3. HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1 We automatically collect and store information that your browser transmits to us in your server log files. 4 COOKIES
We would like to point out that we use cookies when you visit our website for advertising and communication purposes, to carry out the login (or registration), enquiry and to avoid spam (see also www.allaboutcookies.org/ge/). These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

5 WEB ANALYSIS
5.1 Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google") in the USA, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. 5.6 Data processing is also carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website.

 

6. IP ANONYMISATION
We use the function "Activation of IP anonymisation". This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the EU or in other contracting states of the EEA beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
